What are sub-users?
Sub-users let you share server access with other people while keeping your account secure. Each sub-user gets their own login and can only perform actions you've permitted. Choose from role presets: Admin (complete access), Moderator (management without sub-user/deletion rights), Support (read-only + start/stop), or Custom.
How do I add a sub-user?
Go to the Subusers page, click Add User, enter their email or username, select a role preset or choose Custom for individual permissions, fine-tune the permissions as needed, and click Add User. They will receive access to your server through their own Falix account.
What permissions can I configure?
Permissions span many categories: Server Control (console, commands, power), File Management (view/create/edit/delete files, SFTP), Databases (view/create/delete, see passwords), Backups (create/delete/download/restore), User Management, Allocations, Startup, Settings, Activity, Monitoring, Schedules, Firewall, Git, and Billing.
How do I change sub-user permissions?
Click the sub-user on the Subusers page to open their settings. Modify their role or individual permissions and click Update. If you have 2FA enabled, you will need to enter your verification code to confirm changes. Permission changes take effect immediately for the sub-user's next action.
How do I remove a sub-user?
Click the sub-user on the Subusers page, then click Revoke for immediate removal. They will lose all access to your server instantly. Only the server owner can manage sub-users. Sub-users with User Management permission can add/edit other sub-users, but cannot modify the owner's access.
Can premium sub-users share benefits?
Yes — premium users added as sub-users on free servers can "mark" those servers as premium, sharing premium benefits like Git integration, file search, crash detection, and more. This is a unique way to share premium features with servers you help manage.
