Resource Packs

Browse and Install Minecraft Resource Packs

How do I add a resource pack?
Go to the Resource Packs page, browse packs from Modrinth and CurseForge, and click Install on your chosen version. The system automatically downloads the pack, uploads it to Falix's CDN, and updates your server.properties with the resource pack URL and SHA1 hash. Players will be prompted to download it when joining.
Can I require players to use the resource pack?
By default, players can decline the resource pack download. To make it mandatory, set require-resource-pack=true in your server.properties via the Properties page. Players who decline will be disconnected from the server. Test the pack yourself before enabling this setting.
Can I have multiple resource packs?
Only one server-side resource pack can be active at a time. Installing a new resource pack automatically replaces the previous one. The new pack's CDN URL and SHA1 hash overwrite the old values in server.properties. If you need to remove the pack entirely, clear the resource-pack field in your server properties.
How do I browse available resource packs?
Use the search bar and Advanced Filters to find packs. Sort by Downloads (default), Relevance, Follows, Newest, or Recently Updated. Filter by category (Adventure, Decoration, Utility), game version, Featured Only, or Open Source Only. Toggle between Card View and List View. Results show 9 packs per page.
How do I view pack details?
Click any resource pack to open a detail modal. The Overview tab shows the full description, author, download stats, categories, license, and external links. The Gallery tab has author-uploaded screenshots with fullscreen viewing. The Versions tab lists all releases filterable by game version and type.
What formats are supported?
Resource packs must match your server's Minecraft version to display correctly. Java and Bedrock editions use different resource pack formats and are not interchangeable. After installing a pack, test it by joining your server to verify textures and assets load properly. Packs are served from Falix's CDN for fast downloads.
