How do I manage players on my server?
The Players page lists your server's players across tabs for All, Whitelist, Operators, Banned, Banned IPs, and Activity. Each player shows their online/offline status and when they were last seen, with inline kick, ban, op, and deop buttons. Click a player to open their full detail page for more actions and stats.
Can I run commands on a player?
Yes — open a player's detail page to run actions like ban, kick, op, deop, and pardon directly, without switching to the console. There are also structured tools for things like gamemode, effects, attributes, and teleport. These run as server console commands behind the scenes, so the exact actions available depend on your game (Minecraft and Hytale use different command syntax).
How does player activity tracking work?
The Activity tab on the Players page tracks join and leave events, total play time, and session history, and surfaces insights like retention rate, growth rate, average session length, peak hours, and an activity heatmap.
Can I see player details from the console?
Yes — the console automatically detects player names in log entries (chat, join/leave events, commands, deaths, and more) and makes them clickable. Clicking a name opens a card with the player's avatar (Minecraft), online status, and action buttons to copy the username, whitelist, op/deop, kick, or ban them directly.
How do I ban a player?
Click a player's Ban button on the Players page, in the console card, or on their detail page. You can also type
ban playername reason in the console. Banned players are stored in banned-players.json in your server files, and you can unban them with the pardon action or by typing pardon playername in the console. How do I give a player operator permissions?
Use the Op action on the player's detail page or type
op playername in the console; remove it with deop playername. Operators have access to server commands. If you need more granular, role-based permissions, you can install a permissions plugin (for example LuckPerms) yourself — that is an in-game plugin, not a dashboard feature.
