What does the server monitor show?
The Performance view displays charts for CPU (%), Memory (GB), Disk (GB), Network, and Uptime (online/offline). Switch between metrics with the tabs or use a combined overlay view, and choose a time range from 15 minutes up to 7 days. The chart auto-refreshes every 2 minutes.
What is the Server Health banner?
A health banner at the top of the page summarizes your server as All systems healthy, Needs attention, or Critical issues, based on a few components: CPU, Memory, Stability (crashes), Uptime, and Players (Minecraft only). It reflects recent server health so you can spot problems at a glance.
How do crash reports work?
The crash reports section shows your crash history with filters (all events, crashes only, clean exits) and a time range. Summary cards display total crashes, last 24h, OOM kills, and average uptime. Click an entry to view its details, and open the console log to see it with line numbers, ANSI color rendering, and a download option. Crash reports refresh every few minutes.
Can I get notified about crashes?
Yes — if crash notifications aren't enabled yet, the monitor page shows a tip linking to your profile settings where you can turn them on. This way you find out about crashes without having to watch the dashboard.
How do I track player activity for my server?
Player activity tracking (join/leave events, sessions, retention, peak hours, heatmaps, and more) lives on the Players page under its Activity tab, not on this page.
What do I do when CPU or memory stays high?
Watch the CPU and Memory charts over a longer time range to confirm a sustained trend rather than a brief spike. If usage stays high, common fixes include reducing view distance, limiting loaded chunks, removing resource-heavy plugins, or upgrading to a plan with more resources. The crash reports section can help confirm whether high memory is leading to out-of-memory kills.
