How do I get started with Falix?
Click Create Server on the dashboard, enter a server name and subdomain, choose your game, accept the EULA for Minecraft, and click Create. Your server is ready within seconds — start it from the Console page and connect using the address shown. Free plans cover Minecraft, Hytale, Terraria, and Factorio; premium unlocks the full catalog.
How do I connect to my server?
Start your server from the Console page and click Connect to see your address. For Java: go to Multiplayer → Add Server and paste the address. For Bedrock: use the Quick Join button or enter the address and port separately. Set up a free subdomain like yourname.falix.gg for an easy-to-remember address.
What can I do from the dashboard?
The dashboard gives you full server management: Console for commands and monitoring, File Manager for files, Plugins/Mods for one-click installs, Worlds for maps, Backups for data protection, Schedules for automation, plus Firewall, Server Monitor, Git, Databases, and more from the server sidebar.
Where can I find more help?

What is the difference between free and premium?
Free servers run on a session timer and have lower limits. Premium removes the timer for 24/7 uptime, raises your limits (more backups, databases, and ports), and unlocks editing your startup command, crash auto-recovery, and the full games and applications catalog. The firewall, server monitoring and health score, Git, file search, crash reports, and sub-users are free for everyone.
How do I install plugins or mods?
Use the Plugins page for plugin servers (Paper, Purpur, Spigot) or the Mods page for modded servers (Forge, Fabric, NeoForge). Search by name, browse categories, and click Install — files go to the correct directory automatically. Restart your server after installing to activate new additions.
