File Manager

The File Manager lets you browse, edit, upload, download, and delete files. Click folders to navigate, use the breadcrumbs to jump between directories, and use the toolbar to create files/folders or upload. Each entry shows its name, size, and last-modified date.

Click a text file to open the built-in code editor (Monaco on desktop), which provides syntax highlighting for a wide range of languages including JSON, YAML, JavaScript, Python, SQL, INI/properties, and dozens more, auto-detected from the file extension. Files like .properties, .yml/.yaml, and .json are highlighted automatically; .cfg opens as INI and .txt opens as plain text. Make your edits and click Save — most config changes need a server restart to apply.

Use the Upload button, drag-and-drop, or upload a whole folder. Each upload is limited to 1,000 files, and both the largest single file and the total batch are capped at 10 GiB. Archives can be extracted after uploading. For very large transfers, SFTP is often more reliable.

Yes — click an archive to view its contents in place. Supported formats for browsing include .zip, .rar, .7z, .tar, .gz (and .bz2, .xz, .tgz). You can also compress selected files into an archive using the mass action toolbar after selecting multiple items. Note that .jar files are treated as server software, not browsable archives.

Ctrl+F opens the search bar, Ctrl+A selects all, Ctrl+U uploads, Ctrl+N creates a folder, Ctrl+R refreshes, and Ctrl+C / Ctrl+X / Ctrl+V copy, cut, and paste selected files. Delete removes the selection, Backspace goes up a directory, arrow keys move between items, Enter opens, and Escape closes the search bar or dialogs.

Select files with their checkboxes (or Ctrl+A) to reveal the floating mass action toolbar, where you can copy, cut, move, delete, download (as a zip archive or directly), compress into an archive, transfer to another server, or change permissions. Deletes go to a Recycle Bin so files can be restored, rather than being removed immediately.
