Once you're running a couple of servers, clicking through menus gets old. The command palette is the shortcut: press Ctrl + K (Cmd + K on a Mac) anywhere in the panel and start typing. Search for a page, a server, or an action, hit Enter, and you're there. It's the single fastest way around Falix.

There's also a search box in the panel you can click to open it — but the keyboard shortcut is the whole point.
What you can search
The palette searches everything at once and groups the results:
- Your servers — type a server's name (or ID) to jump straight to it.
- Every page of the current server — Console, File Manager, Backups, Settings, Network, Firewall, Schedules, Databases… all of it. Only the pages that actually exist for this server show up, so a Minecraft server surfaces Worlds and Players, an app server surfaces Packages.
- Account and support pages — Billing, Gift Cards, Account Settings, Sessions, your Activity log, Tickets, and the AI Assistant.
- The Knowledge Base — start typing a question and matching help articles appear (open them in a new tab).
It matches loosely and by keyword, so you don't have to know the exact page name. Type dns and you'll find Subdomains; ram or cpu finds Monitor; ban finds Players; ssl finds the Firewall or Network page.
💡 Tip: The palette remembers what you opened recently, so the pages you use most are one keystroke and an Enter away — before you even type.
Fire power actions without leaving the page
When you're on a server, the palette isn't just navigation — it's a remote. Type restart, start, stop, or kill and you'll see a Power action for the current server. Hit Enter and it sends that command immediately; you don't have to open the Console first. It's the quickest way to bounce a server.
Jump across servers
This is the trick that saves the most time when you run several servers. Type a server name and a page together and the palette offers to open that exact page on that server. For example:
console prod→ open the Console on your "prod" server.backups smp→ jump to Backups on your "smp" server.
You can be on one server and jump straight to a specific page of another, in one action, without going back to your server list.
On your phone too
The palette works on mobile — there's a search button in the mobile interface that opens the same tool, so you can jump around from a phone just as fast. More on the mobile experience in Running your server from a phone.
Troubleshooting
- Ctrl + K does nothing — click into the page first (some inputs capture the key), or use the palette's search button. On a Mac it's Cmd + K.
- A server or page isn't showing — the palette lists pages that exist for the current server and servers you have access to; a page hidden for that server type won't appear.
- A power action didn't fire — you need control permission on that server; check your access, or that the server isn't mid-action.
